西班牙Nicola's Correa公司和Anayak公司在EMO展会期间宣布合并。
The Spanish machine tool companies
Nicolás Correa S.A., Burgos, and Industrias
Anayak S.A., Deba, announced
during EMO that they are to
merge. According to a company statement,
the goal is to create a European
leader in medium- and large-sized
milling solutions. The merged company
will focus on opportunities that
fast-growing foreign markets present.
Both machine brands (Nicolás Correa
and Anayak) will be maintained, according
to the company statement.
Sales of the the combined companies
are targeted to grow from 67 million
Euros this year to 100 million Euros in
2007.
